AI bookkeeping assistant for pharmacies
Wholesaler deliveries arrive daily — their invoices should not wait for the weekend. Entered and filed the same day, every field.
A pharmacy gets deliveries almost every working day: the main wholesaler in the morning, sometimes a second one after lunch, plus the monthly parapharmacy and cosmetics orders. Each delivery comes with an invoice that needs supplier, date, invoice number, amount and VAT entered — and with daily volume, skipping two days means a Saturday spent on paperwork.
Nika watches her mailbox. Every wholesaler invoice that arrives is entered the same day and the document filed where your records live. Different VAT rates on the same invoice, credit notes for returns, a total that does not match the delivery — anything unusual goes to you first, never quietly into the books. You pay per invoice she finishes.

Questions about Nika
Our invoices mix VAT rates on one document — medicines and cosmetics. Does she handle that?
Yes. Nika enters the invoice with its amounts as issued, including documents where different lines carry different VAT rates. If a rate looks wrong for that supplier — a rate she has not seen from them before — she asks you instead of guessing.
What does it cost per invoice?
$0.40 per processed invoice, whether it is the big morning wholesaler delivery or a small cosmetics order. You pay only for invoices she completes; anything she returns with a question is not charged.
Can she process credit notes for returns?
Yes. Credit notes arrive in the same mailbox and are entered and filed like invoices, marked as credits with their own number and date. That way returns are visible in your records next to the original deliveries.
