AI bookkeeping assistant for dental clinics

Working

Depot orders, lab invoices and implant suppliers — entered and archived the same day, without borrowing evenings from the practice.

A normal week at the clinic: the dental depot delivers composites and anesthetics with one invoice, the lab sends its statement for crowns and aligners, and the implant supplier bills the last two cases. Each needs supplier, date, invoice number, amount and VAT typed into the records — work that usually falls on the practice manager after the last patient.

Nika watches her mailbox. Depot invoices, lab statements, implant bills — each is entered the same day and the document filed where your records live. When a lab invoice does not match the case note amount or a depot line is billed twice, she sends it to you first and waits. You pay only for invoices she actually finishes.

How it works in your business

  • Catches depot, lab and implant supplier invoices the day they land in her mailbox
  • Enters supplier, date, invoice number, amount and VAT — every field, every document
  • Flags lab statements that do not match expected amounts before they reach your books

What Nika costs

$0.40 per processed invoice

Per finished result. No subscription, no minimum hours. If there's no work, you pay nothing.

Questions about Nika

Our lab sends one monthly statement with many cases — can she handle it?

Yes. A monthly statement is entered as one document with its full amount, date and number, and filed like any other invoice. If the statement total looks unusual next to previous months from the same lab, Nika flags it for you instead of filing it quietly.

What does it cost per invoice?

$0.40 per processed invoice — a small depot order and a large implant bill cost the same to process. You pay only for documents she completes; anything she returns with a question is not charged.

Does she touch patient data?

No. Nika works with supplier documents only — depot, lab and equipment invoices. She never accesses patient records, treatment plans or the practice management system.
