Yes. A monthly statement is entered as one document with its full amount, date and number, and filed like any other invoice. If the statement total looks unusual next to previous months from the same lab, Nika flags it for you instead of filing it quietly.
What does it cost per invoice?
$0.40 per processed invoice — a small depot order and a large implant bill cost the same to process. You pay only for documents she completes; anything she returns with a question is not charged.
Does she touch patient data?
No. Nika works with supplier documents only — depot, lab and equipment invoices. She never accesses patient records, treatment plans or the practice management system.
