A monthly fuel-card statement is one document — entered with its total, dates and VAT as issued, and filed like any invoice. It counts as one processed document at $0.40, not hundreds. If a card on the statement is one she has not seen in your fleet before, she asks.
Invoices arrive in different languages and currencies. Does that work?
Yes. Nika enters the invoice as issued — amount and currency as printed, issuer and dates as stated. Cross-border VAT questions stay with your accountant; the record itself is complete, filed, and there the same day.
What does it cost per invoice?
$0.40 per processed document — a toll bill and a major engine repair invoice cost the same. You pay only for documents she completes; anything returned with a question is not charged.
