If you forward a photo of the delivery note to her mailbox, Nika reads it and enters what she can. If the handwriting is unclear or a field is missing, she sends it back to you rather than guessing. She works best with emailed invoices and photographed delivery notes that are legible.
What does it cost per invoice?
$0.40 per processed invoice — the same whether it is a 4-euro greengrocer delivery or a 400-euro wine order. You pay only for invoices she completes; anything she sends back to you for clarification is not charged.
How does she handle daily volume during peak season?
Nika processes each invoice individually and in order. There is no daily cap — whether it is 5 invoices on a quiet Monday or 25 on a Saturday, each one is entered and filed the same day it arrives in her mailbox.
