What we collect
If you reserve an employee: the details you submit (email, company, country, your answers). While you browse: analytics events (no autocapture — we record only named page views and clicks, never your form inputs). A first-party cookie and local storage remember your visit so we can count returning visitors; a sampled session replay records what you see on screen, with all text masked and no input values ever captured. If you arrived through a campaign link, we remember which link. Nothing identifies you unless you give us your email. If you pay: payment is handled entirely by Stripe — card details never reach us.
Where it lives
In the European Union: our site runs its functions in Frankfurt, analytics in PostHog's EU cloud, and email through Resend's EU region. We never use your data to train models.
Who processes it
Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics, EU), Resend (email, EU), Stripe (payments). Each only for its job.
Your rights
Write to hello@hirenika.com to see or delete everything we hold about you. Deletion happens within 30 days.
