Your clients already ask you this question

Every accountant, bookkeeper and small-business consultant hears the same complaint: “I spend my evenings typing invoices.” Until now the honest answer was “hire someone” or “buy software”, and both are wrong at sixty invoices a month.

Nika is the third answer: an employee who does one job and charges $0.40 per processed invoice, with a $5 minimum balance and nothing else. Send a client, and you earn for as long as that client keeps her.

Why this is worth your name

  • It makes your own job easier

Documents arrive filed and entered instead of in a shoebox in April. The work you get back is the work you actually charge for.

  • Nothing risky happens without a human

Anything unclear stops and waits in an approval queue with the question attached. She never sends money, never deletes, never guesses — so a referral cannot blow up in your face.

  • Your client cannot get stuck with a bill

No subscription and no seats. A quiet month costs them nothing, so “I signed up and forgot” is not a way to lose money here.

  • Recurring, not a one-off finder's fee

You are paid a share of what your referred clients actually spend, every month they keep her — not a bounty for a signup that churns.

How it works

  1. Apply belowTell us what you do and roughly how many small-business clients you look after. It takes a minute and there is no contract at this stage.
  2. We talk onceA short call or email thread: your clients' actual paperwork, whether Nika fits it, and the terms. If it does not fit, we say so.
  3. You get a partner link and a codeEvery client who arrives through it is attributed to you. You can hand the code over in person — it does not depend on cookies.
  4. You get paid monthlyA share of what those clients spend on finished work, for as long as they stay. Paid monthly, reported per client so you can check it.

The terms, honestly

The share is agreed with each of the first ten partners individually and written down before a single referral is made. It is recurring, it is a percentage of real spend rather than of a subscription that may never be used, and it does not expire after a year.

Why there is no percentage printed on this page: we are early, the first partners will be shaping this programme with us, and putting a number here that we later have to move would be exactly the kind of thing this site refuses to do everywhere else. Ask in the form and you get the current number in the reply.

Fair questions

Do I have to recommend it to everyone?
No. The programme is worth nothing to us if it damages your relationship with a client. Refer the ones it genuinely fits — mostly owners doing their own invoice entry — and skip the rest.
What happens if it goes wrong for my client?
The same policy everyone gets: if a job is filed wrong, we credit the work back, up to a published monthly cap while the service is new. You are not left explaining a mistake we made.
Is my client's data safe with this?
It stays in the EU, it is never used to train models, and it is deleted when they stop. That is written into the privacy policy, not just this page.
Can I white-label it?
Not today. She arrives as Nika, with her own mailbox and her own name in the daily report. If a white-label version is what would actually make this work for you, say so in the form — that is exactly the kind of thing the first ten partners are here to tell us.
What if I want to try it on my own practice first?
That is the version we prefer. Hire her for your own inbound documents, see whether the approval queue and the daily report match how you work, and refer clients only if they do.
