Nika connects directly to Gmail and reads every supplier invoice that lands in your inbox. It extracts vendor, invoice number, dates, line items, tax, and totals — automatically, the same day the invoice arrives. This integration is live and working right now.
Nika connects to Outlook via Microsoft 365 and reads every supplier invoice in your inbox. It extracts vendor, invoice number, dates, line items, tax, and totals automatically. This integration is live and working today — same capability as the Gmail integration, for organisations on Microsoft.

Nika does not yet connect to the Stripe API directly. What works today: Nika reads Stripe receipt and invoice emails that arrive in your connected Gmail or Outlook inbox and extracts the payment data. A direct Stripe API integration — pulling charges, matching them to invoices, and reconciling fees — is on the roadmap.
CSV export is Nika’s most flexible integration: every approved invoice exports as a structured CSV with vendor, invoice number, dates, line items, tax, and totals. Import it into QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, FreeAgent, or any system that accepts CSV. It is live and working today — no API keys, no waiting list.
Nika posts invoice processing summaries directly to a Slack channel of your choice. Each batch — daily or on-demand — includes the count of invoices processed, total value, per-vendor breakdown, and any anomalies flagged for review. This integration is live and working today.
Nika monitors a Google Drive folder you designate and reads every invoice PDF that lands there. It extracts vendor, invoice number, dates, line items, tax, and totals automatically — the same extraction quality as the Gmail and Outlook integrations, for invoices that arrive as files rather than emails. This integration is live and working today.

Nika does not yet connect to Dropbox. What works today: the Google Drive integration reads invoice PDFs from a Drive folder, and the Gmail and Outlook integrations cover emailed invoices. A Dropbox folder-watching integration — identical in capability to the Google Drive one — is on the roadmap. We say plainly: it is not live yet.
Nika exports every approved invoice as a file that opens directly in Microsoft Excel — with vendor, invoice number, dates, line items, tax breakdown, and totals properly columned. The same export also works in Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, and any spreadsheet tool. This integration is live and working today.
