How does AI invoice processing work?

Unclear cases go to your approval queue instead of being guessed, and each finished invoice is charged its unit price.
The design mirrors how a careful assistant would do it by hand, minus the backlog. Nika watches her mailbox continuously, so the work is done the same day — no pile, no end-of-week scramble. She does not batch or guess: each invoice is entered individually, and invoices you route to her for clarification are not charged until they are finished.
