AI for Invoice Automation
AI for invoice automation means software that reads incoming invoices, extracts every field — supplier, date, number, amount, tax — and files the document into your accounting records without a human typing anything. Nika does this the same day each invoice arrives, from $0.40 per processed invoice, with no monthly minimum and no charge for invoices she does not complete.
Stop opening, typing and filing invoices by hand. Nika reads each one the moment it lands and puts every field where your records live.
Invoices arrive as email attachments, portal downloads, or scanned PDFs. Someone has to open each one, read the fields, type them into the accounting system, and file the document. For a small business getting twenty invoices a week, that is an hour of mechanical data entry nobody enjoys — and invoices that sit unread create a backlog that compounds.
Nika watches the inbox and any folder you point her at. She reads each invoice, extracts supplier, date, invoice number, net, tax and total, and writes the record where you keep your books. When a field looks wrong — a duplicate number, a tax rate that does not match the supplier — she holds it back and asks you first. You pay only for invoices she finishes.
How Nika does this
- Nika detects the invoice in your inbox or upload folder the moment it arrives.
- She reads supplier, date, invoice number, amounts and tax, then writes the record into your accounting system.
- Unclear or duplicate invoices go to an approval queue — nothing reaches your books until it checks out.
Questions
Does Nika need a specific accounting system to work?
Nika writes records into the system you already use — once connected, she files invoices the same way a person would. If your system has an API or accepts a structured file, she can deliver there. If you are unsure, tell us what you use and we will confirm.
What happens to an invoice Nika is not sure about?
It does not get entered automatically. Nika sends it to an approval queue with the fields she read and the reason she paused. You confirm or correct it, then it is filed. You are not charged for invoices she stops on.
