AI win-back agent for gyms
Members who signed up in January and stopped coming by March — Andrew finds them, messages them, and books their return session.
A member signed up in January with a New-Year resolution, came four times, and has not swiped in since March. Their membership is still billing but they are one bad month away from cancelling. A generic “we miss you” email will not bring them back — but a message that references their last class and offers a specific reason to return might.
Andrew scans the check-in log for members whose last gym visit is three months or more in the past. He sends each one a short message — referencing the class or trainer they used last and offering a reason to return. When they reply, he books a session into the calendar. You see who came back and who cancelled anyway, and you pay only for reactivated members.

- Finds every member whose last check-in is three months or older and messages them personally

Questions about Andrew
When does Andrew consider a member “sleeping”?
When their last check-in at the gym is three months or more in the past, regardless of whether their membership is still active. He does not message members who froze their membership officially or submitted a cancellation request.
What does a reactivated member cost?
$0.40 per reactivated member — meaning someone who actually came back for a session after Andrew’s message. Messages that got no reply, or members who cancelled afterward, are not charged.
Does he offer a free session to everyone?
No. Andrew references the member’s last class or trainer and offers a reason to return — a new schedule, a trainer they liked, a challenge starting next week. A free session is only included if you set that as the offer for that segment.
