Send us 50 invoices. Get them back as a clean spreadsheet for $20.

Pay once, email the invoices, and we enter every one: supplier, number, dates, currency, net, VAT and gross. Every total is checked twice. Anything we are not sure about comes back as a question, never a guess.

How it works

  1. Pay securely with Stripe.
  2. Email up to 50 invoices (PDFs, scans or phone photos) from the address you paid with.
  3. Before 15:00 Athens time: your report arrives the same evening. Later: next morning. Never more than 24 hours.

What you get back

  • records.csv — one row per invoice, ready for Excel, Google Sheets or your accountant
  • Your files renamed as date_supplier_number, so they are easy to find
  • A short list of anything unclear, each with one plain question
  • A one-paragraph summary: how many invoices, the total, what needs you

The honest bit

Today this is done by hand, by the people building Nika, using the same checks she will run. If anything is wrong, reply within 14 days and we correct it free.
