What Happens If I Cancel?
When you stop using Nika, two things happen immediately: whatever is left of your balance is returned to you in one tap, and your data is deleted from our systems. There is no contract, no cancellation fee, no exit charge, and no data lock-in. Your supplier invoices were always yours — they go back to arriving in your inbox the same way they did before you started.
The fear of lock-in is one of the main reasons small business owners hesitate before trying a new tool. They have been burned by annual contracts, by data export fees, by "your data is in our proprietary format" stories. So the answer needs to be explicit. When you cancel Nika, the process is: you tap one button, your remaining balance is refunded, and your data is deleted. That is it. The invoices she filed went into YOUR records, not into a proprietary system. The mailbox she watched was forwarding from YOUR inbox. Nothing about your workflow is dependent on Nika continuing to exist.
